Equisetum Hymale
Common scouring rush / Horsetail. Evergreen Marginal plant with attractive green and black banded stems. Suitable for large lakes,ponds and streams in full sun or partial shade. Must be kept containerised if in a small garden pond. Height 120 cm. Water depth 0-10 cm of over the crown.
