Tadpole Food

Tadpole Food

During the months of March and April, Frogs and Toads take to the water to spawn. After two or three weeks, the water will be swarming with tadpoles. In natural, wild clay bottomed ponds with an established and well balanced eco-system where there is plenty of decaying vegetation, algae and fresh water plankton, the Tadpoles will feed intensely. However, in new or man-made fibreglass and lined ponds, the preference of food that Tadpoles eat, is often not in abundance. Eco-Pond Tadpole Food has been specially formulated to give hungry Tadpoles a helping hand to grow and metamorphose into Frog-lets and Toad-lets that will leave the water and venture out onto land.Ecopond Tadpole Food
