Showy frost hardy marginal plants from Mexico and the USA. Branching panicles of small violet blue flowers. Glaucous blue leaves. Suitable for ponds and lakes in full sun. Height 180 cm. Flowering time June-September. Water depth 10-60 cm over the crown. This plant can trap hover flies in its flowers, so not good for pollinators

Product Information

Flowering time June-September. Water depth 10-60 cm over the crown. This plant can trap Hover flies in its flowers, so not good for pollinators.

Plant into aquatic baskets or solid pots no smaller than 29 cm square as they need plenty of room to grow and stability.
